APlus Laptops provides refunds or replacements strictly in accordance with the terms below:

  1. New Laptops:
    Refund or replacement is applicable only in case of a verified manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories and invoice.
  2. Used Laptops:
    Used laptops are sold after testing. No refund shall be provided unless a major fault is reported within 24 hours of purchase. Cosmetic wear and user-caused issues are excluded.
  3. Exclusions:
    Software, accessories, customized items, and damages caused by misuse, liquid, or power issues are non-refundable.
  4. Processing:
    Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7–10 working days.
